Peanut is an 18 month old male jack russell terrier cross. He has come all the way from ireland to find a new home!

peanut is a little dog with a big attitude! He is bright, active, playful and full of beans! He loves long walks in the countryside and even though he only has short legs he has a lot of stamina! He is very alert to what is going on around him and can be quite vocal when excited!

peanut is sociable with most other dogs. However, he is much better with them once off the lead. He could possibly live with another similar-sized female dog if it was the right match. He is not suitable to live with cats or small pets due to his strong terrier instincts.

peanut has a strong character and does become possessive over items he likes (such as his favourite teddy bear!) for this reason he will not be suitable to live with young children. He would be ideally suited to experienced terrier owners who know how to manage him correctly. If you could offer this cheeky chappie a place to call home please call the centre....
